• The facade lighting is switched off earlier to reduce energy consumption.
• The welcome lighting has been eliminated for an even more eco-friendly operation.
• The spa area is open from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, available earlier upon request.
• An electric vehicle charging station is available for our guests.
• Aerators have been installed throughout the hotel to optimize water consumption.
• Guests can use signs to decide if they want room cleaning, helping to save resources.
• Towels and bed linens are changed upon request with our wooden heart signal to save water.
• Thanks to our new water purification system, we use fresh water from Tires, which no longer needs to be transported over long distances.
• Waste amounts are precisely monitored with an improved counting system to recycle more efficiently.
• Our wine list exclusively offers wines from South Tyrol.
• Vegan products, such as plant-based milk varieties and chocolate spread, enrich the breakfast offering.
• With the Bergleracker project, we grow local vegetables that go directly onto our guests’ plates.
• New regional drinks: organic South Tyrolean vodka from ancient rye, South Tyrolean tonic water, several gins, and the Aperol alternative, Rondo.
• The Dr. Josef Vitalis cosmetics line (vegan and cruelty-free) is used in our rooms and spa.
• Solid soaps from Dr. Josef Vitalis replace liquid soaps in our rooms to reduce packaging waste.
• Bath slippers are available upon request; we encourage our guests to bring their own.
• The Mobilcard allows our guests to conveniently and environmentally-friendly use public transportation in South Tyrol.
• Salewa stainless steel bottles are available for purchase and rental, to avoid plastic bottles.
• Our employees have received Vitalpina handouts with sustainability tips to actively contribute to environmental protection.
• Housekeeping management has been digitized, and room information is available on-demand for our team.
